Mastercard
Mastercard wanted to underline their association with music by creating a competition to win tickets to a range of gigs throughout the country.
To promote the competition, we wanted to tap into the emotional attachment people have with music, those tracks that forever resonate about a certain time in our lives.
We spoke to our in-house talent Virgin radios Kate Lawler and Jamie East, to detail their 'moving music memories'. Our readers in The Sun were then able to go online and recount their musical memories in order to win the tickets.

The Priceless Team Award
Our Moving Music Memories competition performed so well that Mastercard asked us to look at what we could do to promote their association with the 2019 men’s Rugby World Cup.
We created The Priceless Team Award, to celebrate rugby clubs throughout the UK that are leading the way with rugby’s principles, ensuring togetherness is at the heart of everything they do. We ran a nationwide search in both The Times and The Sun for deserving clubs which would be rewarded, courtesy of Mastercard, with a fresh new look for their clubhouse so they can continue to bring people together through rugby.
Video
We worked with World Cup winner Neil Back and ex-England rugby international James Haskell to highlight those clubs up and down the country who are leading the way with togetherness. To promote the competition, we created a video of James who visited the first gay friendly rugby club in the world, The Kings Cross Steelers.
